**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role for a Design Architect based in Gurgaon. The Design Architect will be responsible for day-to-day tasks including, architectural and interior design of retail spaces, creation of construction drawings and management of design projects. The Design Architect will work with the sales team and external stakeholders to ensure that the designs reflect the client's needs, coordinate with internal departments to ensure quality of output and generate drawings for all of the designs, from concept through to finalization.

**Qualifications**
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in architectural design, design management and construction drawings
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or similar design software
- Strong architectural and design skills
- Experience in project and team management
- Experience in working collaboratively with sales and external stakeholders
- Fluency in Hindi and English, with knowledge of additional languages being a plus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
