**Job Summary**: We're seeking a motivated and results-driven **Inside Sales Executive** to join our rocketship team. In this role, you'll be responsible for reaching out to potential customers via call and messages, introducing them to our apparel collections, and **converting leads** into **sales**. You'll play a key role in driving revenue growth and building strong customer relationships.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote and sell our products.
- Handle inbound inquiries regarding customer returns & refunds according to company policy.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to stay updated on new product launches, promotions, and market trends.
- Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1+ year of experience in Telesales or Inside Sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Ability to persuade and close sales over the phone.

**Salary: ₹12,000** - **₹18,000** fixed Monthly **Salary +**Unlimited **Incentives**
