**PROSE Teachers - Job Description & Expectations**

1) Preparing the portion completion plan

2) Planning and preparing for a class

3) Prepare study materials for students in the form of Word documents and PPT

4) Preparing weekly study plan

5) Preparing worksheets to be done by students during self-study

6) Preparing blueprints and question papers

7) Evaluate worksheets and test papers

8) Play the role of class teacher/mentor and coordinate class activities like timetable, competitions, tests etc

9) Conduct online classes. Get every online class recorded while delivering. Share the recordings back for upload.

10) Prepare independently recorded sessions as part of study materials

11) Prepare all required details for PTM and attend the same.

12) Help students prepare for Teacher Marked Assignments and practicals.

13) Attend periodic team meetings

14) All materials prepared to be copyright free

15) Use the LMS tool to view materials and publish materials

16) Always maintain a friendly and cordial relationship with students

17) Always be well-groomed while handling classes

18) Attend periodic training organized by the organization.

**Technical Skills**

1) MS office tools

2) Fluent in handling internet

3) Comfortably handle online meeting tools like skype/zoom/G meet to deliver classes

**Following infra to be arranged at teachers’ end**:
1) A small corner with a computer/laptop with proper lighting

2) A good quality webcam

3) Good quality Headphone

4) Good internet connectivity (30 Mbps speed)

5) Power backup

6) Graphic tab for writing and illustration

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Teaching: 1 year (preferred)
- Making lesson plans: 1 year (preferred)
- total work: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
