**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Escort guests to their tables and assist with seating arrangements.
- Present menus and take orders accurately and efficiently.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and courteously according to established standards.
- Anticipate and fulfill guests' needs throughout their dining experience.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests in a prompt and courteous manner.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including clearing tables and resetting for the next guest.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
- Follow all safety, hygiene, and sanitation protocols to maintain a clean and safe environment for guests and staff.

**Requirements**:

- At least 1 year of experience in food and beverage service, preferably in a hotel or restaurant setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation and a genuine desire to exceed guest expectations.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service techniques and etiquette.

**Salary**: ₹545,304.82 - ₹981,253.53 per year
