We're are hiring for **Store Operations** for our client.

**Experience**: 0 to 3years
**Qualification**: Any Diploma/ Intermediate/ Any graduate

**Role & responsibilities**:

- Oversee daily operations of the wellness center store.
- Develop and implement store policies and procedures, monitor and manage inventory levels.
- Ensure a clean and organized store environment, train and supervise store staff.
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and helpful manner.
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, complaints and assist customers in finding suitable wellness products.
- Assist customers in finding suitable wellness products.
- Promote and upsell wellness services or products, keep track of sales targets and quotas.
- Manage stock levels and order products as needed, conduct regular inventory checks and audits.
- Work with vendors to negotiate prices and ensure timely deliveries.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Monitor and maintain a safe and clean store environment, train staff on safety protocols.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies for the store, coordinate promotions and special events.
- Coordinate promotions and special events.
- Handle administrative tasks, such as scheduling and payroll.
- Provide support in staff training and development.
- Take on managerial responsibilities in the absence of the store manager.
- Provide expert advice on wellness products and services.

Strong problem solving skills.
