Job description

1. Book Appointments for Car Inspection

2. Co-ordinate with Inspection Engineer for Inspection Process

3. Answer Customer's Queries

4. End to end client management on calls.

5. Handing the process of increasing Appointment Booking

6. Relationship building with customers.

7. Processing inquiries generated through tele sales

8. Responding to queries from customers and give timely support when requested.

9. Coordinating with the Operations team to ensure the timely response to inquiries.

10. Customer Relation related activities.

11. General Day shift - 6 Days working

1. Any Graduate

2. Having Minimum 6 month experience in Tele Calling
