**DESCRIPTION**:
**SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**:
Experience with compositing, visual effects, and editorial finishing, preferably in beauty and automotive
Strong technical and software skills including proficiency in Autodesk Flame and a thorough understanding of post-production pipelines, tools, and best practices
Knowledge of visual effects techniques, broadcast standards, video compression formats, and exports
Extraordinary attention to detail and outstanding organizational skills
Excellent communication skills and experience interfacing with clients
Ability to work independently or as part of a team on finishing projects including conforming edits, compositing, tracking, visual effects, and mastering deliverables
Ability to run supervised sessions with producers, directors, creatives, and clients
Ability to work with facility producers to break down and estimate various projects
Knowledge of and ability to implement best practices for delivering high-volume commercial tagging work
Ability to stay informed of new trends in CG and video production communities and suggest new ways to implement these trends/technologies
Ability to effectively communicate ongoing project status with producers and senior artists
Ability to collaborate with creatives to solve production challenges and deliver the highest quality of work
Ability to work with creative teams to improve creative ideas and executions
Ability to cultivate and maintain strong relationships with creatives and producers

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Work independently or as part of a team on finishing projects including conforming edits, compositing, tracking, visual effects, and mastering deliverables
