To take advantage of this opportunity you will need to be a highly experienced individual with the ability to transform and enhance client vision and outcomes into a winning solution. **Responsibilities** - Engage with senior client technology leaders and establish credibility as a trusted advisor. - Provide advisory services for technical and business strategic initiatives and/or roadmaps. - Lead or participate as a team member in a multi-disciplined global delivery team. - Manage client expectations and create project deliverables as required - Provide consultative sales support as required - Assist with the development of intellectual properties, service offerings, and related materials as required - Participate in and lead strategic projects including oversight of business transformation activities. - Assist with recruiting activities as required. **Key Skills** **Advisory Skills**: - Establish Practices for Engineering functions... This is NOT a delivery role. - Defining frameworks for Modern Software development (Cloud ready/Cloud Native/RESTful APIs/Microservices etc.) - Methodologies around supporting functions for the core engineering activities (Security frameworks/ architectural governance / Quality Assurance / 12 Factors/ etc.) **Consulting Skills**: - Personality (articulate; listener; communicator) - [do-er role] + [creator (architectural concepts; design concepts) role] **Engineering Skills**: - Hands-on skills in at least a few core technologies. **Core experience a** **nd Qualifications** - Significant experience in IT Services with at least 5 years as an Enterprise Architect/Strategic Advisor and client-facing consulting role. - Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with "C" level clients. - Demonstrable track of successful technology engagement delivery. - Familiarity with a sub-set of industry domains (Banking, Financial Services, Automotive, Logistics, Transport, or Hospitality Industries). - Understanding of management consulting and IT frameworks (Zachman, DODAF and/or TOGAF) to align business and IT organizations. - Experience working with business stakeholders to capture business strategies and goals - Lead workshops, decision meetings, collaborative sessions, and executive briefings with senior customer stakeholders. - Experience developing strategic road maps for clients incorporating business and technology drivers - Solution design or technical architecture expertise delivering £5m - £20m+ technology projects - Experience with Enterprise Architecture tools such as Alfabet, LeanIX, Abacus, or similar. - Understanding of technology delivery models and governance models (including cloud and digital transformation). - TOGAF® certification or equivalent - Be a Microsoft Azure, and/or GCP, and/or AWS Certified Practitioner - In-depth knowledge of at least two industry verticals including regulatory and market trends (Financial, Manufacturing, Transportation, etc.). - Degree in related science/technology/business discipline from an accredited institution or equivalent experience required. **Benefits** Our people are the most critical component of our long-term success and their health and well-being are our priority.
