The Cash and Trade Proc Rep 4 is an entry level role responsible for the processing Document Preparation related Services under Letter of Credit, Collection & Open Accounts for Singapore, Hong Kong, China, Thailand & India Region.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform day-to-day operational tasks in trade transactional processing as per the scope of services covered under the Agreement with clients maintaining the quality standards defined therein.
- Understand customer requirements & collaborate with internal Stakeholders for ensuring timely delivery of Client transactions.
- Incumbent in this role will be required to process transaction related to Letter of Credit, Collection & Open Account and prepare document on behalf of the exporter
- Adheres to internal policies and standards set for the process
- Maintain performance metrics to track defects & productivity

**Skills & Competencies**:

- Working knowledge of UCP, ISBP, URR, Trade Services Products, and Trade Finance Products.
- Effective communication and analytical skills
- Ability to build working relationships with stakeholders

**Education**:

- Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience
- Understanding of UCP and ISBP and other ICC guidelines

**Experience**:

- Experience of 1 -2 Years in Trade Finance.
