**Job Summary**:
The Telecaller will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, generating sales appointments, maintaining CRM records, and providing customer support before, during, and after the deal.
**Key Responsibilities**:
Contact potential customers and generate sales appointments for the sales team.
Maintain and update CRM records with accurate customer details and interactions.
Support customers by answering queries and clarifying doubts before, during, and after the deal.
Follow up with leads to increase conversion rates.
Assist in achieving monthly call targets and conversion goals.
Provide support in documentation and follow-ups related to customer sales.
**Requirements**:
Experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales support.
Strong verbal communication and persuasive skills.
Ability to handle objections and convert leads into appointments.
Basic understanding of solar energy solutions (training provided).
Proficiency in CRM tools for data management.
Experience: 2+ years in sales & telecalling.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
