**Position: Field Sales Executive**

**Responsibilities**:

- Conducting field visits to healthcare facilities, including hospitals, clinics, and nursing homes, to promote and sell the Etiicos Nurse Call System.
- Presenting and demonstrating the features and benefits of the Etiicos Nurse Call System to potential customers.
- Ready to work under targets.
- Building and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers, such as hospital administrators, facility managers, and nursing staff.
- Understanding the unique needs and requirements of each healthcare facility and recommending customized solutions.
- Collaborating with the sales team and technical support staff to ensure smooth implementation and integration of the Etiicos Nurse Call System.
- Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve targets and increase market share.
- Generating leads through networking, referrals, and cold calling.
- Negotiating contracts and agreements with clients, including pricing, terms, and delivery schedules.
- Providing ongoing support and assistance to customers, including training and troubleshooting.
- Keeping abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and technological advancements in nurse call systems.
- Maintaining accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market feedback.

**Requirements**:

- Proven track record in field sales, preferably in the healthcare industry or related field.
- Strong understanding of healthcare facilities and their operational requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- Technical aptitude and ability to grasp complex product features and specifications.
- Results-oriented mindset, with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
- Willingness to travel within assigned territory.
- Bachelor's degree required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
