Barista for Salon

We are looking for a Barista for reputed luxury Spa and Salon at Bandra.

JDs:
1. Greet guests warmly and create a welcoming ambiance in the Salon area.

2. Prepare and serve coffee, herbal teas, infused waters, and health-focused beverages.

3. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Salon & Spa in line with hygiene and wellness standards.

4. Support salon & spa operations by assisting with guest requests and ensuring comfort during their visit.

5. Monitor inventory and restock supplies as needed (e.g. coffee beans, herbal teas, milk alternatives).

6. Adhere to food safety regulations and spa protocols.

7. Upsell wellness beverages and light snacks in line with spa offerings.

8. Collaborate with front desk and therapists to ensure seamless guest experience.

9. Maintain knowledge of spa treatments and packages to help guests match drinks with their services (e.g. detox teas after body treatments).

**Qualifications & Knowledge**
- High school diploma or equivalent; barista training or certification is a plus.
- Prior experience as a barista, preferably in a hospitality or wellness setting.
- Understanding of wellness beverages and health-conscious dietary preferences (e.g. gluten-free, dairy-free).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to remain calm and customer-focused in a serene, guest-cantered environment.
- Basic math and POS system skills.
- Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

**Knowledge and Skills in Salon & Spa Industry**
- Familiarity with salon and spa terminology (e.g. aromatherapy, detox, holistic, treatments).
- Understanding the guest journey and how to complement it with personalized service.
- Knowledge of herbal infusions, adaptogens, and wellness drinks.
- Awareness of dietary sensitivities and allergen protocols.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
