**Role & Responsibilities**:

- Understand the new door / store requirement and type of project (mall / MBO / Key account / high street); if required visit the site before BD team finalizes and raise any concerns from the execution standpoint.
- Once the location is finalized, get site drawings and complete the broad design in AutoCAD. Send the initial design to operations and product teams for validation of planogram and any other requirements.
- On validation of the initial design, complete the detailed design on the system and hand over to vendors for estimates on civil works, fixtures, electrical works, etc. Convert all the above into Bill of Quantity for estimating cost of projects and capex workings for approvals
- Facilitate actual execution of project by vendors, supervise adherence to design and ensure that it is delivered on time. Get VM team to visit the site towards completion and finalize the store before closing the construction plan.
- Work with the project manager for approvals at all critical stages and for design / execution of flagship stores.

Manage the vendors in the region and facilitate vendor payments on time.
