Audiologist

**Key ResponsibilitiesClinical Assessment & Diagnosis**
- Conduct pure tone audiometry, impedance audiometry, speech audiometry, otoacoustic emissions (OAE), BERA/ASSR (Brainstem Evoked Response Audiometry / Auditory Steady State Response) and vestibular evaluations.
- Identify type and degree of hearing loss and balance-related disorders.
- Maintain accurate records and diagnostic reports for clinical and medicolegal purposes.

**Rehabilitation & Treatment**
- Recommend appropriate intervention plans (hearing aids, cochlear implants, assistive listening devices, therapy).
- Perform hearing aid trial, fitting, real ear measurement (REM), tuning, and follow-up adjustments.
- Provide auditory-verbal therapy and tinnitus management assistance when required.

**Patient Counseling & Education**
- Educate patients and caregivers on test results, hearing device usage, maintenance, and communication strategies.
- Support patients emotionally throughout their rehabilitation journey.
- Conduct awareness and counseling camps in communities and corporate setups as part of the clinic’s outreach programs.

**Clinic Operations & Compliance**
- Ensure calibration and safe functioning of audiological equipment.
- Follow clinic protocols, safety standards, and healthcare regulatory compliance.
- Coordinate with ENT specialists, speech therapists, pediatric specialists, and customer service teams for holistic care delivery.
- Support tele-audiology and digital consultation services (if applicable).

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
