**Location**: Lucknow
**Reports to**: Assistant Director of Global Events and Engagements

**Role Overview**: We are seeking a Student Advisor to join our team and play a pivotal role in driving student participation in our Virtual and physical Tours. This role will focus on advising students across various countries about the advantages of joining our tours and guiding them through the process of signing up for virtual tours. The Student Advisor will work closely and report to the Assistant Director of Global Events and Engagements to ensure the success of these initiatives.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Advise students on the benefits of participating in virtual tours and how these virtual events can enhance their educational journey.
- Engage with students from diverse backgrounds to facilitate signups for virtual events.
- Provide detailed information on the virtual tour offerings, including event schedules, featured universities, and participation benefits.
- Maintain strong communication with students to ensure they have a positive experience from inquiry to signup.
- Assist the Assistant Director of Global Events and Engagements in planning, organizing, and executing virtual & physical events.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote virtual tours and increase student participation.
- Track and report on student inquiries, signups, and participation data.
- Research and compile a database of decision-makers from schools and contact them to secure signups for physical tours
- Deliver weekly deliverables as directed by the supervisor.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Communications, or a related field.
- Previous experience in student advising, academic coordination, or educational services.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively with students from various cultural and academic backgrounds.
- Proficiency in virtual event platforms and online communication tools.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Google Suite, and other operational software setups.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
