Job Description Position -DEO Department - Despatch Role Compiling, verifying accuracy and sorting information to prepare source data for computer entry. Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities and checking output.Responsibilties **Take the details of dispatch schedule on the board.**
- Scrutiny of the TPL as per project OC No scheduled for dispatch.
- Collecting of Transfer Note as per project.
- Material collection as per TPL from consult department.
- Loading the material as sequence.
- Loading details given to DEO for making packing list.
- After the complete loading take photo of each vehicle (local and outstation).
- Making project wise folder for all photos in computer for all Day to day dispatch.
- Maintaining the FG glass storage area & visual board update daily basis.

Pre-requisties **Diploma in joc electronic communications**
- Good Communications Skills.
- Knowledge of MS Office(Excel,Word)

**Salary**: ₹15,000.71 - ₹20,500.10 per month
