Talking about the JOB, The initial 2 months TRAINING is just to check if you are capable of the work and job roles If we find everything is perfect, you would be automatically be promoted to a full time job position in our company

**Responsibilities**:

- Customer Interaction - Abandoned checkouts, COD Approval, Design approvals from customer, social media/WhatsApp queries, Follow ups, sending tracking links
- Collaborations
- Social Media Handling - Sundays
- Social Media Coordination
- Exhibition Sales
- Website Coordination
- Order Management
- Evaluating and optimizing marketing and pricing strategies.
- Analyzing market trends and preparing forecasts.
- Generating new business leads.
- Increasing brand awareness and market share.
- Developing and managing the marketing department's budget.
- Overseeing branding, advertising, and promotional campaigns.
- Promoting our brand at trade shows and major industry-related events.
- Keeping informed of marketing strategies and trends.
- Should have fashion knowledge as well.
- Should have basic fashion knowledge.
- Should be able to use language and currency convertor.
- Should be able to use Microsoft office.
- Should know basic graphics on canva.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, fashion, business administration, or similar.
- A master's degree in a relevant field will be advantageous.
- Extensive knowledge of marketing strategies, channels, and branding.
- Superb leadership, communication, and collaboration abilities.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong time management and organizational abilities.

**Salary**: ₹5,000.00 - ₹6,000.00 per month

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Chandigarh, Chandigarh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
