Key responsibilities of a Diploma Engineering Admission Counsellor:

- **Program information delivery**:Explain the details of each diploma engineering specialization, including course curriculum, duration, fees, and potential career pathways.
- **Eligibility verification**:Assess if a student meets the academic requirements for admission to the chosen diploma program.
- **Counseling sessions**:Conduct individual consultations with prospective students and their parents to address concerns, clarify doubts, and provide personalized guidance.
- **Marketing and promotion**:Participate in educational fairs, webinars, and other promotional activities to attract potential students to the diploma programs.
- **Data management**:Maintain student records, track inquiries, and update CRM systems to monitor admission progress.
- Required skills for a Diploma Engineering Admission Counsellor:

- **Strong communication skills**: Ability to articulate complex information clearly and persuasively to students and parents.
- **Technical knowledge**: Basic understanding of different diploma engineering specializations and their career prospects.
- **Sales and persuasion skills**: Effectively convince prospective students to choose the diploma program.
- **Customer service orientation**: Provide excellent service to students throughout the admission process.
- **Time management**: Manage multiple inquiries and meet deadlines efficiently.
- **CRM proficiency**: Utilize student management systems to track interactions and progress.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Commission

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Schedule:
