Store Keeper

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

- To maintained Warehouse and Finished Goods area clean and presentable for audit.
- To follow Good Documentation practices and safety instructions & ensure compliance while working in warehouse.
- Receiving of Raw materials and Packing materials and Prepare Goods receipt Note (GRN)
- Recording of Temperature, Relative Humidity and Differential Pressure in stores and Finished Goods area.
- Arrangements of Raw material and Packing material in stores according to the status i.e Under test Approved, Rejected and Quarantine etc. and label it properly.
- Dispensing and issue of Raw materials and Packing materials to production and Packing department as per respective Batch manufacturing and Packing record.
- Filling entries in Raw material and packaging material log books.
- To perform the Calibration and Verification of Weighing balances on daily and monthly basis.
- Ensure compliance with current Good manufacturing Practice (cGMP) in warehouse.
- Manpower handling in warehouse department.
- Physical verification of stocks as per Standard Operating procedure.
- Follow up with Quality control department for timely sampling and release of materials.
- Preparation of Standard Operating Procedure related to warehouse department.
- Responsible for Handling of Change control and Deviations.
- Prepare list and dispatch plan for dispensing of Raw material.
- Identify the materials which are due for Retesting on monthly basis and inform to respective department for sampling of the same and document it.
- Handling of Damaged, Rejected and Expired materials in warehouse.
- To follow SOP and documentation in Raw material, Packing material and Finished Goods store.
- Follow up with purchase and commercial department for disposal of non moving, obsolete and rejected raw and packing materials and maintain its record.

Responsible for the receiving, storing, and issuing of materials (Pharma, Medical and others), maintaining inventory and stock records

Implement Procurement & Material Management’s policies and processes in order to achieve objectives.

Receive and inspect all incoming materials, compare information on packing slip with purchase order to verify accuracy of shipment, inspect shipment for damages or defects, record discrepancies or damages in shipments and reconcile with purchase orders.

Deliver received and inspected materials, supplies (Pharma and others), and equipment to the user’s section as requested.

Examine and inspect stock items for any discrepancies in physical counts of stock or defects / expiry in order to report any damage to the management and dispose defective, expired or damaged items accordingly.

Ensure that all equipment / items have been properly labeled and inspected.

Issue items to various sections through FIFO system or on store issue requisition and obtain authorized signatures for accepted items.

Update all stocks with details of material received and issued on daily basis.

Clean receiving, storage, packing and dispatching areas; bins, shelves, and cupboards, if needed, and report any defect / damage observed in the storage facility including the walls, floors, roofs, windows and doors to the concerned authority.

Store items/equipment in an orderly manner and segregate it the nature of material to ensure easy accessibility for these items / equipment.

Ensure training & development services are successfully and meaningfully being delivered, and provide feedback to the management.

Maintenance of area, racks, material, housekeeping, temperature and humidity, AC, HVAC, AHUs, Exaust fans and Machinery Handover Check for spares,spare parts, Electronics and electrical items.

Tools - Record Keeping
- Maintain MRN Material Return note and returned rejection record of packaging material.
- Maintain stock of excess manufacturing product and ensure its proper storage in BSR area.
- Ensures cleanliness of Raw material, Packaging Material, Semi finished store, Finished Store area and document it on daily basis.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
