**Role & Responsibilities**:
As an **Articled Assistant**, you will gain practical experience in:
**Direct & Indirect Taxation** - Income Tax filings, assessments, TDS compliance, GST returns, GST audits, and advisory.
**Statutory & Tax Audits** - Conducting audits under the Companies Act, Income Tax Act, and GST Act for diverse industries.
**Due Diligence & Compliance** - Assisting in financial due diligence, compliance reviews, and internal audits.
**Accounting & Financial Reporting** - Learning practical aspects of financial statement preparation and MIS reporting.
**Corporate & Regulatory Compliance** - Filing ROC returns, assisting in FEMA/RBI compliance for foreign entities.
