**Stores Incharge (On-Roll, Permanent)**

**Location**: Baidyabati (Lalgate), Hooghly
**Shift**: General (10:00 AM - 6:30 PM)
**Salary**: ₹16,000 - ₹20,000 (Net Take Home, **Based on Experience & Skill**)

**About the Role**

We are urgently hiring a **Stores Incharge** to lead daily operations in our **Stores Department**.

This is a **full-time, on-roll position** offering long-term career stability and employee benefits.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Oversee and manage **day-to-day store operations** and manpower.
- Maintain **accurate stock records**, perform material receipts & issues.
- Ensure **timely material availability** for production and dispatch.
- Coordinate with **Purchase, Production, and Accounts** teams for smooth workflow.
- Conduct **periodic stock audits** and maintain discrepancy reports.
- Ensure **proper labeling, storage, and safety** of all materials.
- Handle **data entry, inventory tracking, and reporting** in MS Excel / ERP / Tally.
- Monitor inward/outward material movement and maintain documentation.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- Minimum **2-3 years’ experience** in a manufacturing environment (**Metal/Aluminium preferred**).
- **H.S/Graduate / Diploma** in any stream (Commerce / Material Management preferred).
- Proficient in **MS Excel**, **ERP**, or **Tally** for inventory handling.
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Good understanding of **material control, audit, and documentation procedures**.
