**Regulatory Research Information Expert**:
Alpha Plus Technologies is seeking an ambitious Regulatory Research & Information Expert to become a key member of our legal & research team.

***WHAT YOU WILL DO**:

- Research and develop new content relevant to BFSI (particularly NBFCs) & Other Sectors and keep existing content up-to-date as may be required for the company’s various content driven products.
- Assist in developing, maintaining and expanding industry-specific Regulatory Compliances.
- Lead the activity for Regulatory Mapping Exercises, as and when required, for clients across the country.
- Provide domain knowledge and guidance to the junior team members for carrying on the department activities.
- Prepare Compliance Manuals in existing structured formats for the Company’s clients.
- To take up any other research-oriented activities and special projects, as may be suggested by Department Head.
- Assist in banking consultancy projects / training assignments as and when handled.
- Any other roles and responsibilities as may be suggested by Department Head.

**WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE**:

- B.COM/M.COM / Banking Courses / MBA
- Minimum prior working experience of 5-6 years in a NBFC is mandatory
- Excellent writing and researching skills
- Basic computer skills are a must
- Interest in acquiring knowledge and research & information analysis

***ADDED ADVANTAGE QUALIFICATION SKILL-SETS**:

- 5-10 years of experience in advisory / research / information analysis profile pertaining to NBFC domain
- Prior experience in dealing with Regulatory framework of NBFCs
- Preference will be given to retired executives from NBFCs, or those on the verge of retirement, or those willing to step aside from active role in a NBFC
- Very powerful command on English, especially gisting, paraphrasing and summarization
- Knowledge of current developments in BFSI sector
- Good analytical skills
