**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Campaign Management**:

- Create, manage, and optimize paid search campaigns on Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other search engines.
- Perform keyword research to identify target keywords and phrases.
- Write and test ad copy to improve click-through rates (CTR) and conversion rates.
- Monitor daily performance metrics to understand trends and identify opportunities for improvement.
- **Budget Management**:

- Manage campaign budgets effectively, ensuring the best possible ROI.
- Track spend across all campaigns and adjust bids to optimize performance.
- Provide regular reports on budget performance and allocation.
- **Performance Analysis**:

- Analyze campaign data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
- Use tools like Google Analytics to track and report on campaign performance.
- Conduct A/B testing to identify the most effective strategies.
- Generate detailed reports on campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
- **Optimization**:

- Continuously optimize keywords, ad copy, landing pages, and bidding strategies.
- Implement and test new SEM strategies to improve performance.
- Stay updated with the latest SEM trends, tools, and best practices.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the marketing team to align SEM efforts with broader marketing goals.
- Collaborate with content creators, designers, and developers to optimize landing pages and ad creatives.
- Communicate campaign performance and insights to stakeholders.
- **Compliance and Standards**:

- Ensure all SEM campaigns comply with industry standards, platform policies, and best practices.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all campaigns and related activities.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 2+ years of experience in SEM, PPC, or a related digital marketing role.
- **Skills**:

- Proficiency in Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Google Analytics.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Familiarity with A/B testing and performance metrics.
- Knowledge of SEO is a plus.

**Preferred Certifications**:

- Google Ads Certification
- Google Analytics Certification
