**Responsibilities**:

- Product planning and developments based on requirements in hand, be it for garment collections and accessories, furniture, furnishings, rugs, and têxtiles with a primary focus on regional crafts and woven fabrics and prints.
- Develop necessary mood boards, theme boards, samples, colour options, sizes, etc balancing seasons, trends, market needs, fresh concepts, and on ground production challenges.
- Work on specific briefs and seasonal developments simultaneously starting from the concept stage till final execution.
- Collaborate with internal teams on design and product planning and developments across the various portfolios.
- Work aggressively in identifying and connecting with various craft clusters as per directives set and taking their craft forward in terms of new product developments and ranges.
- Sourcing exciting trims and accessories and developing an aesthetically appealing trend-led home d cor and furnishings range that works within the target price points.
- Experiment with colors, textures, prints, motifs, patterns, yarn combinations, etc to come forward with innovative concepts.
- Keeping up to date with new design and production techniques, trends, market requirements, and têxtile technology, current and upcoming fashion and têxtile trends, noticing the general trend in fabric, color scheme, patterns, and crafts, predicting the later advancement in upcoming trends, and developing designs and products accordingly.
- Proactive vendor sourcing for various requirements, be it raw material, finishing processes, fabric treatments, dyeing, printing, and other techniques.
- Planning of purchase orders based on projected production requirements, timelines and budgets.
- Liaising regularly with vendors on designs, sampling, and production and ensuring the outputs are in line with the design planned and the quality standards set.
- Checking and approving samples and QC of completed orders.
- Daily, weekly, and monthly reporting on all tasks in hand.
- Assist with price calculations across various product portfolios and ranges.

**Salary**: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bachelor's (required)
