**Biryani Master - Roles & Responsibilities1. Cooking & Food Preparation**
- Prepare various types of biryani (e.g., Hyderabadi, Lucknowi, Kolkata, Veg, Chicken, Mutton, Egg) with authentic taste and consistency.
- Follow traditional and/or restaurant-specific recipes accurately.
- Marinate meat/ingredients as per recipe and timing requirements.
- Manage dum (steam cooking) process to ensure proper aroma and flavor.
- Prepare side items such as raita, salan, and chutneys.

**2. Kitchen Operations**
- Oversee and coordinate all biryani-related cooking in the kitchen.
- Ensure timely preparation of dishes, especially during peak hours.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene as per FSSAI norms.
- Monitor food storage, shelf life, and prevent wastage.

**3. Quality Control**
- Ensure consistent taste, quality, and presentation of biryani.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety.
- Regularly taste and check biryani for spice balance, meat tenderness, and aroma.

**4. Inventory & Procurement**
- Estimate daily and weekly ingredient requirements.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff or management for ordering meats, rice, spices, and other essentials.
- Ensure proper storage of raw materials to maintain freshness.

**5. Team Management & Training**
- Supervise junior chefs or helpers involved in biryani preparation.
- Train new kitchen staff in biryani cooking techniques.
- Allocate tasks and ensure smooth workflow in the kitchen.

**6. Innovation & Menu Development**
- Develop and test new biryani variants or special dishes.
- Suggest seasonal or festive biryani items for promotional menus.

**7. Safety & Compliance**
- Follow fire and kitchen safety protocols.
- Comply with food safety regulations and hygiene standards.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
