Sr Collection Officer-Unsecured

**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Meet the Business Targets of Resolution, Rollback and Normalization Follow up for Settlement and Pre NDC Conversions
- Capture accurate Feedbacks and trails in Collection System 100% coverage on accounts Increase and provide appropriate Attempt Intensity on Accounts.
- Provide Accurate Reason Codes and feedbacks on Accounts Follow up on exception cases
