Urgent requirement of Graphic Designer to join our team in real estate. As a Graphic Designer, we hope you can put your passion for design to create beautiful images and compelling content. Your duties will include developing graphics for digital platforms to enhance our accompanying text.

**_Roles & Responsibilities: _**
- Create and design various materials for digital and print
- Ensure projects are completed in a timely manner with a quality product
- Work with a wide range of media and graphic design software
- Establish creative direction for the company within brand guidelines
- Manage multiple projects within design specifications and budget restrictions
- Implement feedback and changes whenever possible
- Create visualizations that convey accurate messaging for the project.
- Experience on Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign & Basic knowledge of HTML & CSS.
- Illustrating concepts by designing examples of art arrangement, size, type size and style and submitting them for approval.
- Coordinating with outside agencies, art services, web designer, marketing, printers, and colleagues as necessary.
- Creating a wide range of graphics and layouts for product illustrations, company logos, and websites with software such as photoshop.
- Reviewing final layouts and suggesting improvements when necessary.

**_Requirements_**:

- Experience as a graphic designer or in related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with required desktop publishing tools, including Adobe Suite, Photoshop, InDesign, QuarkXPress, and Illustrator.
- A strong eye for visual composition.
- Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Understanding of marketing, production, website design, corporate identity, product packaging, advertisements, and multimedia design.

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Adobe Photoshop: 1 year (preferred)
- Adobe Illustrator: 1 year (preferred)
