Job Title: Career Counselor

Location: NearLearn Office (Bangalore)

Experience: 1-3 years (EdTech experience preferred)

**Job Description**:
Key Responsibilities:
Understand learner requirements and recommend suitable training programs.

Maintain a thorough knowledge of NearLearn’s course offerings and industry trends.

Follow up with leads and assist them throughout the enrollment process.

Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to meet enrollment targets.

Address queries related to course content, schedules, and payment options.

Build and maintain positive relationships with learners for future referrals.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor’s degree in any field (Education or Psychology preferred).

1-3 years of experience in counseling, sales, or customer service in EdTech or related sectors.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to empathize and understand student goals.

Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

Multilingual skills are a plus.
