- **Responsibility**_**:* Appointing New Dealers and managing them in **ERNAKULAM/THRISSUR District*. He also has to manage and maximize sales turnover through existing Paint dealers too.
- **Qualification & Experience**:_Graduate with more than **2 years** of experience in selling to a dealer network with a REPUTED PAINT COMPANY.
- **Age**:_between 25-40 years

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
1. He should achieve his sales turnover and collection targets from his assigned district.

2. He should be willing to tour and visit existing retail & wholesale paint shops individually.

3. He should appoint new dealers and achieve new business target from his district.

4. He should develop a rapport with the painters associated with the dealer counter and motivate them to canvass secondary and project sales for our products.
- 5. _He should provide after sales support to the end customer, based on a query from the dealer.
