Human by nature.**Production Coordinator, Liquids -**Your future position?**In this role** - As a Production Coordinator, you will be responsible to take care of all the production activities at our plant based in Ranjangaon, Pune.**Sounds interesting**? It could well be your perfect opportunity if, like us, you always aim to exceed customer needs, deliver value and are skilled at fostering strong relationships.- In this exciting role you will be responsible for:
**Production**: Basic understanding of batching/packing operations. To carry out the production process optimally, efficiently and cost effectively. Should be able to prioritize/adapt to varying tasks in production - compounding, mixing, packaging, cleaning or any other miscellaneous jobs which may arise from time to time.**Co-ordination**: Must be able to plan and co-ordinate the various production activities with minimum of supervision. To be able to direct, coordinate and advises personnel in executing the same.**Efficiency**: To continuously identify and execute various changes in process or layout to bring-in efficiencies and reduce cost.**Inventory management**: To ensure strict adherence to FIFO while compounding. To ensure that the storage policy practiced inside the shop floor complies with the inputs borrowed from good- manufacturing practices (GMP).**Safety and house-keeping**: To ensure strict compliance to all the safety norms and practices. To ensure maintenance of equipment, safe work culture and good house keeping**Cost control**: To ensure that the costs of the production department are kept under control through reduction in spoilage and/or wastage.- You?- Are you someone who wants to grow and shape your own world? - Bachelor’s degree- Good Communication skills- 3 to 5 years of hands on work experience in related to automated chemical/food processing plant.- Knowledge of ERP and computer systemsAt Givaudan, you contribute to delightful taste and scent experiences that touch people’s lives.
