**Responsibilities**:

- Financial Planning and Analysis: Analyze financial data and performance, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and present accurate and timely financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements, and variance analysis.
- Cost Management: Monitor and control costs, identify areas of potential cost reduction and implement cost-saving initiatives while ensuring the maintenance of high-quality standards.
- Audit and Accounting Hygiene: Ensure that books of accounts are updated accurately in a timely manner and liaison with auditors for closure of books.
- Financial Compliance and Governance: Ensure compliance with financial regulations, accounting principles, and company policies. Mitigate financial risks and maintain strong internal control environment.
- Business Partnership: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives and business projects.
- Financial Strategy: Assess the financial impact of new business opportunities and assess their feasibility.
- Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team to enhance their skills and effectiveness.

**Requirements**:

- Chartered Accountant (Preferable) or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience (typically 4+ years) in financial planning and analysis, budgeting, financial reporting and audit, preferably in a leadership role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and make strategic recommendations.
- In-depth knowledge of financial principles, regulations, and accounting standards. Proficient in financial modeling and using financial software and systems.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated leadership and people management abilities.
- High level of integrity and commitment to upholding ethical standards.

**Salary Bracket**:

- 8 to 15 LPA.

**Experence Required**:

- 4 Years to 6 Years.

- SAP Finance & Controlling: 4 years (preferred)

- Bengaluru, Karnataka: Relocate before starting work (preferred)
