**About the Role**:
We are looking for a seasoned FE Architect to lead the design development of scalable high performance frontend architecture across mobile and web platforms. You will play a key role in defining the front end strategy, driving best practices, mentoring developers, and working closely with cross functional teams including product, UX and backend engineering.

**Location**: Noida (Hybrid)

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Maintain and improve existing codebases and peer review code changes.
- Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
- Help maintain code quality, performance, and automation.
- Nurture and develop frontend developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing
- Stay ahead of the curve by researching and evaluating new frontend technologies and frameworks recommending their adoption strategically

**Skills**:
**Mobile Development**:

- Experience with React Native development.
- Experience with iOS Native and Android Native development.. Web Development:

- Strong proficiency in ReactJS and NextJS with HTML, Javascript, CSS, Stylex, and others.
- Experience with designing, implementing component libraries and design systems.
- Knowledge of performance optimization techniques, accessibility standards(WCAG) and testing frameworks.
- Experience with server side rendering(SSR), progressive web apps (PWA), microfrontend architectures.
- Experienced with backend integration, Restful APIs, GraphQL. DevOps Knowledge:

- AWS/GCP services.
- Kubernetes and Docker for containerization and orchestration.
- CI/CD using Jenkins. Application Monitoring Tools:
**Qualifications and other skills**:

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering, or a related field.
- Total 12+ years of experience in frontend development with 2+ years in architecture.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for learning new technologies.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
