Key Responsibilities
- **Develop Visuals**: Produce graphics, images, logos, and other visual content using typography, color theory, and design principles.
- **Use Design Software**: Operate specialized software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or Figma to create and refine designs.
- **Collaborate with Teams**: Work closely with copywriters, marketers, project managers, and clients to understand project requirements and ensure brand consistency.
- **Incorporate Feedback**: Make amendments to designs based on feedback to meet client needs and project goals.
- **Ensure Brand Alignment**: Develop and maintain designs that align with brand guidelines and current design trends.
- **Prepare Files**: Finalize and prepare designs for their intended use, whether for print or digital platforms.
- **Stay Updated**: Continuously learn new technologies and software and stay informed about current design trends.

Essential Skills
- **Creativity and Artistic Ability**: A strong eye for design and the ability to translate ideas into compelling visuals.
- **Technical Proficiency**: Expertise in industry-standard design software like Adobe Creative Suite.
- **Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to present ideas and collaborate effectively with clients and team members.
- **Project Management**: Strong time management and organizational skills to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- **Understanding of Design Principles**: Knowledge of typography, color theory, layout, and other design fundamentals.
