**Job description**

Supervise, Lead and Manage the Bank, NBFC and Financial Institutions compliance and audit engagements. The person would have to train, monitor and lead the team handling these engagements.

At KOLATH, we handle traditional and bespoke engagements spanning operations, compliance, monitoring and end use activities in Bank, NBFC and Financial Institutions. We would prefer the person to have the skill sets of banks, financial transactions and CAIIB or equivalent qualifications.
- **Preferably CAIIB or Equivalent qualified**_
- **Should possess working laptop with internet access**_
- **Should have good understanding, knowledge and experience of banking and financial sourcing, sanctioning, documentation and transactions**_
- **Should possess good communication skills in English**_
- **Should be able to handle engagements and tasks with attention to detail**_

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Review, Lead and Supervise monitoring compliance and audit
- Verification and Validation of process, documentation and transactions
- Review, Supervise and conduct physical verifications
- MIS preparation
- MS Excel reports preparation
- Team player and positive communication skills in English
- participation in client meetings

**Desired Skill set**
- Responsibility taking ability
- Ability to lead and supervise a team
- Banking, NBFC and Financial Institution domain knowledge
- CBS in Finnacle, Flexcube, Bancs or any relevant softwares
- Team work capability
- Capability to certify own work
- Initiative and self motivated
- Very Good in English Communication - speaking, writing and reporting
- Computer skills - MS WORD, EXCEL, POWER POINT

**Perks and Benefits**

CTC of Rs 5.0 Lacs to Rs.8.4 Lacs approx CTC.
