**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Outbound Calls**:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers or clients to promote products/services.
- Follow up on leads and close sales.
2. **Customer Interaction**:
- Handle inbound calls from customers with inquiries.
- Provide detailed information about the products/services offered.
- Address customer queries and resolve any issues.
3. **Data Management**:
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers in the CRM system.
- Update customer information as required.
4. **Sales Targets**:
- Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls and sales.
5. **Feedback Collection**:
- Gather customer feedback and report it to the relevant department for product/service improvement.
6. **Team Collaboration**:
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to understand current promotions and campaigns.
- Share insights and suggestions to improve customer outreach strategies.
**Qualifications**:
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in any field is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Telecaller or in a similar sales/customer service role.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain positive.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office.
