**Qualification**:Diploma in Agriculture/Horticulture and BSc(Botany and Zoology)**

If you are pursuing any graduation after diploma **other than Bsc agriculture or Msc agriculture can also apply**

We are hiring for CROP ADVISORY/Retail Sales Associates who will be responsible for:

- Promote/Market our agricultural inputs
- Daily/Weekly/Monthly Targets is there
- Outbound process
- you need to call the customers like farmers or dealers and try to covience and sale our agricultural products as per requirement
- Suggesting farmers on crop details.
- recommending on chemicals and fertilizers for pests and diseases.
- Guiding the farmers throughout the cultivation practices for almost all variants grown in telugu states.
- Advising the farmers on modern agriculture techniques.
- Helping the farmers in achieving better yields.

No.Of Positions: 10

Minimum pay: Rs: 12000/- for fresher

For Experience:15,000-20,000 (based on relevant exp and Interview)

Skills Required:

- Good Confidence
- Strong voice
- Good Communication Skills
- Good technical knowledge
- Excellent Coviencing Skills
