- Up to date with industry leading software and technologies (**Adobe CC**: _In Design, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Muse, DreamWeaver, Bridge_; and **Microsoft Office Suite**: _PowerPoint, Excel and Word_). In the team, we also use Canva, Lumen 5 and Maglr
- Demonstrate graphic design skills with strong portfolio
- Professional capability of developing assets like social media graphics, infographics, videos image resizing/editing, branded templates
- Strong communication skills
- Focused on user experience to inform design decisions
- Previous experience in working with design briefs and marketing managers
- Knowledge and understanding of typography, layouts, grids, templates, image use and graphic design principles
- Capability of working on JPEG, EPS, TIF, PNG, PDF, MOV, MP4, etc. file formats
- Professionalism regarding time, costs and deadlines
- Confident dealing with multiple projects, stakeholders, and deadlines. Can prioritise and manage stakeholders’ expectations
- Willing to work on UK time zone
- Ability to create interactive documents
- Maintenance and upkeep of design files and image library
- Be able to interact, communicate and present ideas to both clients and colleagues alike
