Job Title: E-commerce Backend Operations Executive

Location: Rohtak Office

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end order processing systems, ensuring seamless integration with e-commerce platforms.
- Collaborate with IT teams to troubleshoot issues and enhance system functionalities for smooth operations.
- Oversee backend processes related to inventory tracking, SKU management, and stock replenishment.
- Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement within e-commerce operations workflows.
- Streamline processes and adopt best practices to enhance operational efficiency.
- Oversee maintenance, updates, and performance of backend systems, including order management and inventory management software.
- Develop and implement quality control measures to ensure accuracy in order fulfillment and inventory management.
- Create and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) for backend operations.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and logistics partners to optimize backend supply chain processes and ensure timely deliveries.

Qualifications and Experience:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, E-commerce, Operations Management, or any related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 1-2 years proven experience in backend e-commerce operations, preferably in a retail environment.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, order processing systems, and inventory management processes.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with an eye for detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to work with cross-functional teams.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
