**Job Summary**
A Telecaller executive is responsible for cold calling and getting new business leads for the growth of the business. The role involves active coordination across teams and demands exceptional inter-personal skills. The executive is expected to bring good and quality leads and should be converted into Orders.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Cold call people using a given Leads to Generate the order.
- Answer incoming calls from prospective clients.
- Use scripts to provide information about product’s features, prices etc. and present their benefits
- Ask pertinent questions to understand the customer’s requirements
- Record the customer’s and company information accurately.
- Deal with complaints or doubts to safeguard the company’s reputation
- Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
- Keep records of calls and sales and record useful information

**Key Skills**
Good interpersonal skill, Have pleasant manner to communicate with the clients, Capability to retain a new clients and obtain new clients, Very good communication skill
**Required Experience and Qualifications**
Qualification Required:
Post Graduation or Relevant Experience
Experience required:
2 to 5 years Experience in Telecalling / customer support /Business Development.

Should able to speak good and fluent English. Knowledge of Hindi is surely adds value to the role. Because, most of our customers are in North India.
