Job Description: Social Media Handler

Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

Develop, curate, and manage content (posts, stories, reels, videos, graphics) for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, YouTube, TikTok, etc.).

Plan and execute social media campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.

Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly to maintain positive audience engagement.

Manage paid ad campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, and performance optimization.

Track and analyze KPIs such as reach, impressions, engagement, followers, and conversions.

Prepare regular reports with insights and recommendations for improvement.

Stay up to date with social media trends, algorithm changes, and competitor activities.

Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to ensure brand consistency.

Handle online reputation management and address any negative feedback or crises professionally.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field (preferred).

Proven experience (3-5 years) in social media management or digital marketing.

Strong knowledge of major social media platforms, tools, and analytics.

Experience with paid advertising (Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).

Proficiency in content creation tools (Canva, Photoshop, video editing software is a plus).

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Creativity, attention to detail, and ability to work under deadlines.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Work Environment

Full-time role (onsite/remote/hybrid depending on company policy).

Flexible working hours may be required during campaigns or events.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
