Bilingual Calling Agent

**This position requires fluency in Spanish.**

**Duties**:

- Responsible for calling warm leads and pitching job opportunities to them
- Filter applicants by asking them qualification questions
- Schedule in-person interviews for qualified leads using the lead management system

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a customer service or call center role preferred
- Basic proficiency in computer systems and working knowledge of Microsoft Office

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 45 per week

Pay: From ₹50,000.00 per month

**Benefits**:

- Work from home

Schedule:

- Fixed shift
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- US shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay

**Experience**:

- Warm calling: 1 year (preferred)
