**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide academic and administrative leadership aligned with the vision and mission of the institution.
- Ensure compliance with university regulations and affiliation requirements.
- Supervise and evaluate faculty performance and promote professional development.
- Implement and oversee academic policies, timetables, examinations, and assessments.
- Lead accreditation processes and maintain academic standards as per UGC and NAAC guidelines.
- Coordinate with regulatory bodies and ensure timely submission of reports and documentation.
- Foster a positive campus culture and maintain discipline among staff and students.
- Develop and execute strategic plans for institutional growth and development.
- Promote industry-academia collaboration and innovation.
- Encourage research, seminars, and student development activities.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage educational operations effectively.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
