**Responsibilities**:

- **Training Delivery**:

- Conduct comprehensive training sessions for individuals pursuing a career as a medical scribe.
- Develop and deliver engaging and informative content on medical scribing practices, healthcare documentation, and electronic health record (EHR) systems.
- **Curriculum Development**:

- Collaborate with the curriculum development team to enhance and update training materials regularly.
- Ensure that training content aligns with industry standards and best practices.
- **Skill Assessment**:

- Evaluate the performance and progress of trainees through practical assessments and simulated scenarios.
- Provide constructive feedback to enhance skills and proficiency.
- **Clinical Exposure**:

- Facilitate opportunities for trainees to gain practical experience in real healthcare settings.
- Coordinate with healthcare institutions for clinical rotations and hands-on experience.
- **Continuous Learning**:

- Stay updated on advancements in medical scribing practices and EHR systems.
- Attend professional development opportunities to enhance training skills.
- **Documentation**:

- Maintain accurate records of trainee progress, assessments, and feedback.
- Generate reports for management to assess program effectiveness.

**Qualifications**:

- Completed a medical scribing course or equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience as a medical scribe is highly desirable.
- Proven experience in training or teaching medical scribing practices.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare documentation, medical terminology, and EHR systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Medical professionals, including doctors, with the capability to teach medical scribing are encouraged to apply.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
