**About the Role**:
E Software Solution is looking for a skilled and passionate **SEO Executive** to join our Digital Marketing team. This role requires expertise in **Organic SEO**, **Lead Generation**, and **Technical SEO** to enhance our search engine presence, generate quality leads, and improve overall website performance.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement effective **Organic SEO** strategies to increase search engine visibility and drive qualified traffic.
- Perform **keyword research** and competitive analysis to identify new SEO opportunities.
- Optimize content, blogs, landing pages, and website architecture for **on-page SEO** (meta tags, headings, URLs, content structure, internal linking).
- Execute **off-page SEO** strategies including backlink building, guest posting, and digital outreach.
- Drive **lead generation** through SEO by identifying high-intent search terms and optimizing conversion paths.
- Conduct detailed **Technical SEO audits** to identify issues and improve site performance (page speed, mobile-friendliness, crawlability, indexing, schema markup, etc.).
- Monitor SEO metrics using tools such as **Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush**, etc.
- Collaborate with content writers and developers to ensure proper SEO implementation across all web assets.
- Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, Google algorithm changes, and digital best practices.

**Requirements**:

- 1-3 years of hands-on experience in SEO with a strong focus on **technical, organic, and lead-generating strategies**.
- Proficient in SEO tools like **SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Google Analytics, Google Search Console**.
- Solid understanding of **Technical SEO** including website audits, XML sitemaps, robots.txt, canonical tags, schema, and Core Web Vitals.
- Experience working with CMS platforms such as WordPress.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and within a team environment.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Knowledge of **local SEO** and **eCommerce SEO** is an added advantage.
- Familiarity with **HTML, CSS**, and basic web development principles.
