**TELESALES REPRESENTATIVE**:

- **Responsibilities**:

- Initiate outbound calls to leads and potential clients from provided lists or databases
- Handle incoming calls from clients seeking information about our properties, services, and processes.
- Provide accurate and detailed information about available properties, pricing, amenities, financing options, and any other relevant details.
- Set up appointments for interested clients to visit properties or in the office or meet with sales agents.
- Maintain a follow-up schedule for leads who require more time or information before making a decision.
- Maintain proper record and update client information, inquiries, and interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless information flow and a smooth transition from inquiry to sale.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and lead generation targets. Provide regular reports on call outcomes and lead progress.

**Requirements**:
1. Good Communication skills - Written and Verbal

2. Any Graduate and pursuing graduate

3. Quick Learner

4. Eager to Work, loyal and responsible

**Office Timings**: 10:00-7:00 pm

**Location **- Gurgaon Sector 61

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)
