GBS DESIGNATION:
Subject Matter Expert, Asst Team Leader, Team Leader, Asst Manager

Roles and Responsibilities

Step 1:

- Dashboard weekly/biweekly updates
- Tracking and updating the milestones for each action identified
- Update main points to Thiyagarajan - (for bi-weekly FBS SteerCo)
- Plan specific meetings for the above milestones point

Step 2:

- Identification / Assessment of balance activities inside CFO scope

Step 3:

- Explore new Scope of services at RNTBCI and globally
- Sales deck preparation with case studies for each customer
- Cold calling new customers and exploring potentials

Job Description: Business Development Specialist, GBS
- Play a critical role in analysing data, building models, and identifying pipeline opportunities
- Benchmark and provide key management insights through structured data mining from authentic sources
- Support implementation initiatives across customers, services / products and regions

Key Responsibilities:

- Data driven analysis and classification of business pipeline by types* and categories**:

- Summarization of data to arrive at clear opportunities to support GBS managers to initiate customer dialogue
- Map current business models & target untapped pipeline by identifying challenges and emerging needs

Qualification and Key Skills Needed:

- Min 4-5 years of experience, with Engg / Non Engg as UG and Preferably MBA, added advantage with Vehicle and Finance knowledge
- Excellent Data analysis & interpretation skills, plus strong story telling skills to deliver recommendations
- Fluent verbal and written communication skills, presentation skills
- Good networking mindset and self-motivated to take ownership
