MUUCHSTAC is one of India’s rising men's grooming brands, offering premium beard, hair, and skincare products. We're now growing our digital brand presence through influencer-driven campaigns and looking for a proactive, creative team player to lead this effort.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Identify and Evaluate Influencers**: Research and shortlist relevant micro and macro influencers (YouTube, Instagram, etc.) aligned with our brand values and target audience.
- **Build Relationships**: Reach out to influencers, maintain communication, and nurture long-term partnerships.
- **Coordinate Campaigns**: Plan, brief, and manage influencer campaigns end-to-end — from product seeding to content posting.
- **Finalize Collaborations**: Negotiate deliverables, timelines, and commercial terms. Draft and execute influencer agreements where required.
- **Monitor Performance**: Track content reach, engagement, and conversions. Analyze data to evaluate ROI and campaign effectiveness.
- **Ensure Brand Consistency**: Make sure that influencer content matches MUUCHSTAC’s tone, aesthetic, and messaging.
- **Content Conceptualization**: Brainstorm creative content ideas (reels, reviews, tutorials) in line with brand campaigns and seasonal trends.
- **Cross-functional Coordination**: Work with design, marketing, and product teams to support campaigns and gather content inputs.

**Requirements**:

- 1-4 years of hands-on experience in influencer marketing or social media coordination.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Understanding of influencer platforms (Instagram, YouTube, etc.) and current trends.
- Ability to think creatively and identify influencer-brand alignment.
- Proficiency in using Google Sheets/Excel for campaign tracking and reporting.
- Self-driven, well-organized, and confident in handling multiple influencer accounts.
- Should be based within 15 km of **Borivali** - nearby locations like Kandivali, Malad, Dahisar, Mira Road, Andheri, etc. preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,888.28 - ₹44,803.22 per month

Schedule:
