Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain day-to-day accounting records of factory operations.
- Handle purchase, sales, and expense entries in accounting software (Tally/Busy.
- Manage GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance.
- Reconcile bank accounts, vendor accounts, and inter-branch transactions.
- Prepare monthly expense statements and cost reports.
- Assist in payroll processing and maintaining statutory registers (PF,ESIC,LWF ,Contract Labour ETC).
- Coordinate with auditors and head office for reporting.
- Record Keeping Digitally and Hardcopies (e.g. Sales Invoice, E-way Bill, Weighing Slip, LR copies, Photo of Vehicle, etc.).
- Stock Maintenance - Stock to be maintained and matched with Physical stock.
- Good In Excel
- Handle cash transactions and oversee people management.

Qualifications & Skills:

- B.Com / M.Com or equivalent degree in Accounts/Finance.
- 2-5 years of experience in accounts (manufacturing/factory preferred).
- Knowledge of Tally ERP / Busy.
- Good understanding of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently at factory location.
- High level of integrity and professional work ethic.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
