**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Project Support: Provide assistance to project managers in planning, executing, and monitoring projects across different departments.

2. Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with teams from various departments including Technology, Sales, Finance, Legal, and Manufacturing to ensure seamless project execution.

3. Data Analysis: Analyze project data and provide insights to support decision-making processes.

4. Documentation: Assist in the preparation of project documentation, including reports, presentations, and proposals.

5. Research and Innovation: Conduct research on industry trends, technologies, and best practices to support innovation initiatives within the organization.

6. Stakeholder Communication: Maintain regular communication with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project alignment and stakeholder satisfaction.

7. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency enhancement within project management practices.

8. Ad-hoc Tasks: Undertake additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the project management team.

**Qualifications**:

- Currently pursuing a Diploma / Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in drafting and editing documents, spreadsheets and presentations.
- Analytical mindset with a keen attention to detail.
- Eagerness to learn and contribute to a fast-paced work environment.
- Prior experience or coursework in hands-on project work is a plus.

**Duration and Compensation**:
This internship is a full-time position with a duration of min. 3 months / max. 1 year. Performance would be reviewed after a period of 100 working days of internship to explore future employment prospects with the company.

Compensation will be provided in accordance with industry standards. The initial 100 working days of internship would have only a performance based compensation entirely to the discretion of the project managers the interns would be reporting to.

Contract length: 100 days

Pay: ₹5,000.00 per month
