Position: UX/UI Designer

Location: Bangalor (3 days at the office)

Employment type: Full-time regular

**Responsibilities**:
- Responsible for UX deliverables across a range of projects, from concepts through to high fidelity interaction design- Work with product management to help define UX vision across various products, balancing user needs and business requirements- Understand company goals and objectives to help set priorities- Contribute to and promote the AVEVA Design System across all products

Skills & Experience- 4-5+ years’ UX experience backed by a portfolio of user-centred design solutions- Strong experience of working with Windows and specifying UI guidelines- Solid experience with user research, usability testing and identifying key user requirements- Sketching designs with pencil & paper and digital tools- Proven track record in producing high quality UX and UI deliverables: user journeys, workflows, wireframes and detailed interaction specifications- Good communication skills, both to management and junior staff- Capable of multi-tasking, meeting deadlines and working in a fast-paced environmentDesirable- A degree or work experience in HCI or UX/UI- Experience with UX in an Agile environment- Understanding of technical requirements and how they affect UX Design
